Helicopter Experience Flight

This sensational 30 minute flight gives you all the thrills that are possible only in a helicopter, just as you've seen at the movies or on TV.

Your flight will take you over Lake Burley Griffin then to the south west of Canberra. Hear the conversations between your pilot and Canberra Control, listen to an explanation of the various instruments in the panel and watch your pilot demonstate the effects of the 4 main controls in the helicopter.

Track along the Murrumbidgee to Tharwa then turn to re-enter the Canberra Control Zone at Tuggeranong tracking to Mt Mugga before turning to join the circuit pattern for Canberra International Airport and your hover landing.

At your request, your experienced pilot will give you or the kids an easily understood explanation of how helicopters work and their role in helping Australian communities.
